Membership Termination for Misconduct

Vettly reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership, without refund, if:

• You engage in conduct that violates this agreement or any applicable laws.

• You are reported for harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards other members or Vettly representatives.

• You breach the confidentiality provisions set forth in these Terms.

• Your behavior is deemed inconsistent with the integrity and values of Vettly, at our sole discretion.

5. Subscription, Payment & Refunds

Vettly offers paid membership and subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as displayed on our website.

• Acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Authorize automatic renewals unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings, but no refunds or prorated amounts will be issued for unused portions of your subscription.

Vettly reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription terms with prior notice to users.

6. Privacy, Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Breaching this confidentiality clause may result in legal action being taken against you.

7. Matchmaking Service Disclaimer

Vettly is a selective dating service and reserves the right to:

• Refuse membership to any person at its sole discretion.

• Remove or suspend members who violate the platform’s behavioral guidelines.

Vettly does not guarantee compatibility with any match, nor does it warrant the success of any introductions. Matches are facilitated based on the information provided by users, which Vettly does not independently verify.

Vettly is not responsible for any actions, choices, or interactions between members once introductions are made. We acknowledge that dating involves complex human behavior that may be influenced but not controlled.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vettly shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, reputational harm, or emotional distress).

• Technical failures, errors, or interruptions in Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the last six months preceding the claim.

By using Vettly, you agree to waive class action rights and bring disputes on an individual basis.
